Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie



Start your morning off with this thick and creamy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie that is healthy, delicious and loaded with all your fall favorites like pumpkin, apple, banana, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and warm spices!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1 cup apple chunks, skin on or off

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup almond milk, or milk of choice

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup ice


Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. If smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk or water until you achieve your desired consistency.
