The BEST Spicy Tuna Avocado Wrap made with canned tuna, sriracha, crisp veggies and avocado that easily comes together in just 5 minutes! Delicious high-protein snack with crackers or served in a wrap for a healthy lunch.
Ingredients:

2 (5 oz) cans Albacore tuna, drained

1 avocado

2 Tbsp sriracha

1 Tbsp dijon mustard

2 to 3 Tsbp celery, finely chopped

2 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped

2 green onions, chopped
-
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 heaping cups leafy green lettuce
-
1 cup raw veggies thinly sliced into matchsticks, cucumber, red bell pepper and carrots

4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
Instructions:
First chop the veggies. Chop the celery, red onion, green onion and cilantro to mix with the tuna. Thinly slice the cucumber, red bell pepper and carrots into matchsticks to add into the wraps.
Next we make the spicy tuna. In a small bowl, mash togeher the tuna and avocado, until combined. Stir in the sriracha, dijo mustard, celery, red onion, green onions, cilantro and salt and pepper, mixing well.
Now its time to assemble the wraps! Top each tortilla with leafy greens, sliced veggies and divide the spicy tuna mixture evenly among the wraps. Tightly roll up the torillas.
Slice and enjoy!
