Start your morning off with this thick and creamy Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie that is healthy, delicious and super quick to make! It’s also dairy-free and vegan with zero refined sugar!
Ingredients:

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup yogurt, we used Silk Almondmilk yogurt

1 banana

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
